GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Order: we reserve the right to decide whether or not to accept the orders received

Transportation: EXW, the shipment of the goods is the responsibility of the customer

Packaging: as above

Payment: against documents, unless otherwise agreed. For late payment or any other problem, the expenses will be charged.

Return of the material: we accept returns only with our authorization.

Guarantees: the guarantees are in accordance with the Legislative Decree n.24 of 02/02/2002.

Complaints: Any complaints must be received within 5 days of receipt of the goods. For any other dispute, the competent court is in Conegliano Veneto (TV) – Italy.

Shipping: 60 days from order date, sooner if possible.
